Hello Brother Melvin:

I find it fantastic that you are 83 years young and surfing the Web. I plan to live to a hundred and five—if the Lord delays His coming—and serve him right up to the last day.

By now, you've discovered that any word(s) or graphic/picture that makes your cursor to turn into a hand is a link to another page. If you will go to the CLOCK OF THE AGES button, for example, the hand will come up so that you can click on it and go to the cover of the book. At the bottom of the page, click on the words "Click Here To Begin" and you will go to the contents of the book. If you are using the Microsoft Browser or the Netscape Browser to search the Web, go to the "file" menu on the tool bar at the top of your page and come down to "print preview. This will show you how the page will print out. Then choose print to print it out.

Then, go the blue, underlined words in the contents and click on them. They will take you to the booklets described. You can print them the same way you did the contents of the book.

We have three studies on our site that can be printed out and used to help you with your Bible Study. THE CLOCK OF THE AGES, MARK THEM, and THE STUDY OF REVELATION.

We'll be praying for you endeavors.

As to the book you're looking for, I'm afraid that I can't help you. However, I am putting your E mail address up so that if anyone reading this might be able to help you, they can contact you.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as though you were working for the Lord and not for men."(Col.3: 23)

"JESUS IS COMING SOON"

Dear,

Dear Brother,
Pakistani Christians have a problem from Muslims, because last day Muslims killed so many Christian's people in Church. Our government is facing so many problems from Muslims leader.
Our Christians are angered from US and others governments, because they are not supporting our people. They are only supporting our government but our government did not want to support the Christian people.
So because this our Christians are facing so many problems in Pakistan. I think our Christians are alone in Pakistan and our other Christian's brothers and sisters who are able to support them they don't want to help them, because they are selfish.
Dear if you love God please firstly love His people then Almighty God love you. And if you are able to support them please don't feel shy and give them your help in His mighty name.
I think it's our job to serve the poor people. God has not ordered us to serve the people in US and Canada but you go all over the world.
Dear our ministry is also facing so many problems, because we are working in Muslims.
We think you are very lucky people, because you are living in Christian's countries. You are not facing problems like us.
Dear in hotels and other places our crockery is separated from Muslims if our Christians touch Muslims crockery we have a punished for it I think you can imagine our stage in Muslims.
We think foreign countries and people want to help us but our thoughts are totally wrong. Christian's governments are not helping our Christians they are only helping Muslims governments. So in this stage you have need to help our people with prayers and if you are able to do something for our people please do for them, because they are leading slavery life in-between Muslims. Mostly our Christians are un-educated and don't know Jesus is our savior.
We hope with faith that almighty God will change your hearts. And you will be able to support them.
Thanks and God bless you all.
Younger Sister,

B'ANN WROTE:

By the way, I am a sister.

I know your frustration but you must have patience. This is one of the Christian virtues. Now, as to our government helping the Christians, we have to keep in mind what a government is: i.e., it is/should be for all the people. The U. S. is not a Theocracy (a government under God's rule) as God tried to establish with Moses and the judges of Israel, nor is it a one-religion government like He established under David and Solomon, but a democracy/republic. In the U.S., the church is separate from the government. We do not have laws that force a person to attend church nor do we have a national religion. We are protected by laws which guarantee our right to go to church, but the church members have to give the money that supports the cause of Christ. Many people in our government go to church but that is their choice. I think that is the thing about the U.S. that so many do not understand. We have the freedom to make a choice. We are free to believe in Christ; others are free to be an atheist. We are free to tell people about Jesus twenty-four hours a day or we can choose to remain silent. Jesus taught that people must make choices. What worries me is how can people of your country make a choice if they have not heard the "Gospel of Christ." The heavy Muslim teaching has crowded out the message of John 3:16. So, please do not sound angry at my United States of America. Although we are a free people, we have to deal with what ever political party is in power in your country or mine.

The church is supposed to be the group that does the will of God. The church members must do this while living under a worldly government. Jesus lived under a worldly government. He never fussed at the government. In fact, when they crucified Him on the cross, He asked the Father to forgive them because they knew not what they did. The government during His day had never been taught about God/Christ. He had to come and die for a Church that absolutely did not know Him. He scolded the lazy church of His day that should have been out telling people about the goodness of God. He will not hold the government responsible. The Christians will be held responsible. We will not get a Theocracy back until Jesus returns to set up His Kingdom. Until then, we will have to contend with/live under governments set up by men. Because of our freedom of choice, I do feel we in the U.S. have the greatest government on earth.

As we said, the Church is the body that is supposed to doing the will of God in the earth at this time. What should the Church look like when it is in the center of God's will?

Romans 12:
1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of him self more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:
5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;
7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;
8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
11 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;
12 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;
13 Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.
14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.
15 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.
17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.
21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

I understand that you are in a nation that has taught the majority of its people about the Muslim religion and very little about Christ. I don't know how to change this quickly because it took many years to make it this way. Remember the parable about the farmer who sows his field? We, too, have to plow, hoe, and water, and then comes the harvest. A garden harvest does not happen immediately after seeds are planted. It doesn't with the Christian harvest either. Think upon these things and start thanking God for every little blessing…food, clothes, health, sunshine, shelter, water, baths, children, parents, …Start making a thankful list and put it on the walls of your church/dwelling.

Luke 8:
14-16 But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

Luke 21:
18-20 In your patience possess ye your souls.

Romans 5:
1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;
4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope:
5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

Psalm 100:
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.

Luke 6:
35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

Philippians 4:
8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Hello John:

If you will go through our web site, you will find much information and insight about the end times and the church of today. If you are new to computers, you search a site by moving your cursor over underlined words and graphics such as pictures, buttons, and drawings; and then clicking on any of these over which a hand appears. The browser on your computer will then take you to another page. If you are interested in the contents of our site, you will find that it will take you at least a week or so to study out all that's there. To enjoy the music and radio programs on our site, you will need the "real player" which can be downloaded for free. We have several links to the real player throughout our site.

______ FAY WROTE:

Dear Don:

My 97 year old mother is sure the bombings on Sept 11 were foretold in Revelations. She can't remember chapter and verse, but she believes it begins with "there shall be wars and wars and rumors of wars ", and she thinks there is something about Alpha and Omega. Can you help me?

Thank you,

Fay Chandler

DON WROTE:

Actually, your mother is quoting from Matthew 24:6 which reads: "And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet." These were the words of Jesus and they were given to comfort the Church down through our age. This is so typical of our Lord. In John 14 we see Him repeating this concern a couple of times.

John 14:
1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. …
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

There is a very good possibility that today's events might turn into the end-time events of Bible prophecy. For sure, the players are in place. But there is also the possibility that this is just a premature flash fire. In either case, the Lord Jesus does not want Church to be overcome with terror. Comfort your mother with these words.

Hebrews 13:5
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Matthew 28:
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

For sure, someday, the Lord will return for His Church with all of the accompanying events; but it is just as sure that Christ lives within each and every believer via His Holy Spirit. This being the case, as the Church sees the day approaching, surely it is a time for each believer to take heed to the admonition of the Apostle James: "Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you…" (James 4:8). This is how we appropriate the gift the Lord so wants to impart to each of us.

John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

It sounds like your mother has walked with the Lord for some time. Be sure to tell her that we are desirous of her prayers for we have found that those who are seasoned by age and experience make good pray warriors.

Thanks for WRAPPING with us.
